The purpose of this article is to understand how to provide passport services at the Immigration Office for Persons with Sensory Disabilities. The method used is a qualitative approach, collecting data through desk study, and data analysis techniques using an interactive model to draw conclusions. The result is that passport services for persons with disabilities at the Immigration Office are still limited for persons with physical disabilities, while persons with sensory disabilities have not been able to obtain appropriate services. Therefore, passport services for persons with sensory disabilities can be carried out by providing adequate and friendly facilities for persons with disabilities in the sensory category.
