The placement of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) abroad, especially to Hong Kong, holds serious challenges, especially in terms of violations of labor contract rights. This study aims to understand how the application of Human Security principles is carried out by the Sidoarjo Service Center for the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (P4MI) in handling cases of such violations. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was obtained through direct interviews and observation of one real case experienced by a migrant worker named Putri. The results show that P4MI Sidoarjo does not only carry out administrative functions, but also plays a role as a protector of the rights and dignity of migrant workers through humanist case resolution, legal advocacy, and social security access assistance. This approach is in line with the concept of Human Security, which emphasizes the protection of individuals from fear and deprivation. The handling of cases by P4MI demonstrates the need to strengthen institutions at the regional level to ensure the comprehensive protection of migrant workers.
